I’M ASLO RECEVING SAME ERROR MESSAGE “SORRY, YOU CAN’T COMPLETE THIS TRANSACTION FOR INPUT_VALUE OUT-OF-RANGE OUNVALID PRODUCT”.

I CALL STC AND INFORMED CUSTOMER SUPPORT THERE. FIRST ONE TOLD ME – YES THERE IS PROBLEM FROM HERE YOU TRY AFTER 24 HRS. THE SECOND ONE SAID NO THERE IS NO ANY PROBLEM YOU TRY AGAIN AFTER 1 HOUR.

MEANING NO ONE HAVE CORRECT INFORMATION — EVEN THE ERROR MESSAGE ALSO NOT CLEAR DONES’T UNDER WHAT DOES IT MEANS.

ALL FRIENDS DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS — IT IS NOT WORKING.

I re-charged with 350 SR card just to transfer the credit to my family’s mobile in India. But the SAWA SERVICE is not with I’m getting this Error message “Sorry, You can’t complete this transaction for input_value out of range or unvalid product”. I called the SAWA tech. support 902,5 but they don’t know anything from past (3) days I’m trying to transfer the credit.

im using this service it was working fine before a week after 3 transactions to the same number i was started getting error msgs “transfer limit is exceeded” i dont know what the hell is the problem if they started a service it should be stable now im getting msg the service is not available right now, try again later.i complained many times but useless.if some one having same trouble mail me moh.bash@gmail.com

I tried many times to use this service of SAWA International credit transfer but I always receive an error message saying that “Sorry, You can’t complete this transaction for input_value out of range or unvalid product” after second step.

I called 3 times also Al-Jawwal Tech. support but not receive any solution of this: 1st man said: I open a ticket to fix the problem 3 days ago, second man said: There is some maintenance work is going on so this service is not available rightnow and try after 10 pm and the third man told to me may is there is some problem in your mobile set.

I checked the national (local) credit transfer and it is working on my mobile set.
If anyone use this service pl. reply to me my mail-id is msws2008@rediff.com. I shall be grateful to you.
